Hallo

Danke für die Antwort, die vielen Antworten und die viele Geduld.

Irgend etwas verstehe ich nicht. Bei händischen Fräsen vor 30 Jahren war das viel leichter ...

Ich stehe nach wie vor dort, wo ich gestern stand:

Zuerst alle Achsendpunkte anfahren
Zum Werkstück fahren, XY Anfang und Ende festlegen
Find Z Origin
Scan Work Part
Wieder zum Werkstück zurück fahren
Das Programm laut Programmtext am Anfang geschrieben, starten.
Maschine sucht nochmals Z Origin
Danach fährt sie etwas in die Höhe.
Ich schalte händisch am Proxxon den Fräser ein.

Aber es tut sich nichts mehr. Hier bleibt alles stehen.

Start kann ich nicht nochmal drücken, ich kann nur auf Pause drücken und dann auf Druck fortsetzen. Aber das ändert nichts. Der Drucker steht.

Ich kann auf Druck Stop drücken, ohne das eine Logzeile entsteht. Ich kann dann wieder auf Start drücken, ohne das eine Log Zeile entsteht. Das Gerät bleibt stehen. Die Manuelle Steuerung ist Grau.

In Repetier geht das nicht, das stimmt. Aber mit Start drücken, meinte ich den Taster am Drucker. Dann sollte er loslegen.
Ich hab gerade mal einen Trockenlauf gemacht. Funktioniert.
Sicherheitshalber solltest du eine Hand am Notaus bzw. Schalter haben. Hab mir durch meine eigene Dusseligkeig schon mehrere Fräser abgebrochen.

Irgend etwas ist nach wie vor falsch....

Im Repetier Host habe ich ab dem Moment wo ich den Fräser einschalten soll, keine Logzeile mehr. Auch nicht durch das Start drücken am RF.

Wie hast Du das im Trockenlauf gemacht?
Hab mir durch meine eigene Dusseligkeig schon mehrere Fräser abgebrochen.
Ich wünschte , ich wäre so weit, das ich einen abbrechen könnte :dash:

Ich hatte alles für einen Druck vorbereitet und deshalb nicht mit dem Fräser, sondern mit dem Druckkopf gearbeitet. Aber von den Arbeitsschritten war alles so, als ob ich fräsen wollte. Deswegen "Trockenlauf".

Schau dir das log nochmal an. Evtl. in Repetier-Host mal alle Infos ausgeben lassen. Dein Drucker scheint zu reseten wenn du den Start-Button drückst. Evtl. hakt da auch eine Taste.

D.h. deine Firmware startet neu. Das soll sie nicht tun, kannst du auch den G-Code posten mit dem das passiert? Und auch die Logdatei vom Repetier-Host, welche diesen Neustart enthält, könnte nützlich sein.

Deine folgende Annahme stimmt übrigens nicht:

D.h. du möchtest in y-Richtung eine Länge von 10 mm scannen, aber er soll nur alle 20 mm einen Scan durchführen. Damit hat er nur eine Linie in der Y-Position und das ist um eine Linie zuwenig. Du könntest den Scan testweise 20 mm in y-Richtung laufen lassen (wenn dein Werkstück groß genug ist) um zu prüfen, ob das Verhalten mit einem wirklich erfolgreichen Scan anders ist.

Auch wenn das Werkstück noch immer nicht Graviert ist. Weil an der falschen Position.

Es war wirklich wie RF1000 schrieb, das Problem, das an der Y Achse nur eine Scan Workpart Reihe gemacht wurde. Der Eintrag hat mir auch sehr geholfen wegen dem Neustart. Weil nach dem missglückten versuchte ich es gleich nochmal und hatte dann wieder so viele Fehlermeldungen. Der Grund, durch den Neustart hätte ich alles neu abtasten müßen. Das machte ich nicht weil ich nicht wußte das es ein Neustart war.

Aber jetzt zum aktuellen Problem:

Der Scan Workpart, der wird genau am Werkstück gemacht, bei dem ich vorher X und Y Start und Ende festgelegt hatte. (muß man das irgendwie speichern?) Falls ja, wie kann ich es speichern? Nach dem Scan Work Part fährt er in die Höhe und vom Werkstück weg. (denke mir X und Y Ende oder sehr nahe dem Ende). Ich fahre wieder händisch zum Werkstück hin und starte. Z wird gesucht. Er fährt in die Höhe, Nahe X und Y Ende und Graviert dort. Immerhin schon ein Fortschritt.

Vermutet jemand warum am Ende der Achsen graviert wird und nicht beim eingestellten Punkt? Ich würde mangelndes Speichern tippen. Ich habe nichts gespeichert. Wie kann ich speichern? (dazwischen ausgeschaltet habe ich nicht)

Wo hast du denn im Cam Programm deinen Ursprung gesetzt? Im Zentrum des Werkstücks an der Oberkante oder links oben in der Ecke an der Oberkante? Oder links und oder rechts unten oder oder... :P Das kann man einstellen.

Danke, es liegt am Cam bzw der Programmierung. Das denke ich auch.

Ich weiß nur noch nicht genau woran. Als ich vor Jahrzehnten meinen Meister machte, da gab es damals schon ein Bilderbuch wo was stand, das so was mal kommen wird. Nur das ist so lange her, ich habe jetzt mal die Frau eines damaligen Berufsschulfreundes der ebenfalls den Meister machte und noch in der Branche ist, angerufen. Sie meinte zwar, das er in der Firma nicht für das Programmieren zuständig ist. Mal sehen, wenn er erreichbar ist.

Mich in die Programmierung reinlesen ist natürlich auch wieder ordentlich....

Auf jedenfalls dürfte es jetzt mit Repetierhost und dem RF funktionieren.

Hallo an alle nochmal!

Eine Frage habe ich noch, kann ich irgendwie die X und Y Achse händisch bei der Repetierhost auf 0 setzen?

Im Prinzip fährt die CamBam Software auf X und Y 0. Das sind die Endpunkte und dort fräst sie. Wenn ich den händisch ausgewählten Startpunkt auf 0 setzen könnte, dann würde der ProgrammCode super ablaufen. Am richtigen Fleck.

Oder die andere Frage: Kann ich beim GCode eine Befehlszeile einsetzen, die mir sagt, beim gesetzten XY Startpunkt wird begonnen und nicht bei 0 der Achsen? Falls ja: Welche Befehlszeilen wären das?

Ich möchte mich davor drücken, beim GCode händisch den Weg vom 0 Punkt zum Startpunkt, bei jeder X und Y Zahl dazu zu rechnen. Das ist bei 450 Zeilen, viel Arbeit.

Ich habe es jetzt nochmal getestet, durch das setzen von Start XY und End XY ändern sich die Koordinaten im Repetierhost nicht. Und der GCode geht von 0 aus (Anfang X und Y Achse).

Also ich sehe mit meinem derzeitigen Wissen das Problem, das Repetierhost, Start X und Start Y nicht als 0 Punkt übernimmt. Ob das jetzt an meinem G Code liegt, oder an meinen Einstellungen.... Auf jedenfall liegt es an mir. Und darüber bin ich glücklich, denn solange es an mir liegt, kann ich etwas ändern. :woohoo:

Ich habe glaube ich eine Antwort auf meine Frage hier im Forum gefunden, siehe nächsten Beitrag, bin mir nur noch nicht sicher
