Neue Development Firmware (RF.01.39)

Beitrag von RF1000 »

Hallo,

wir haben heute die neue Version der Development Firmware auf GitHub hochgeladen. Diese meldet sich als "RF.01.39" und kann sowohl für den RF1000 als auch für den RF2000 kompiliert werden.

Das Change Log dazu lautet:

V RF.01.39 (2017-12-20)
- Adding of support for the hotend V3, which uses the NTC 3950 100k thermistor.
- Adding of the "Align Extruders" entry to the "Configuration" -> "Z Calibration" menu.
- This entry can be used in order to start/stop the alignment of the extruders.
- The new command M3309 also can be used in order to start/abort the alignment of the extruders.
- The names of the current and of the last printed files are displayed at the new, 6. status page.
- This status page can be reached via the up/down buttons when no menu is active.
- During the precise heat bed scan, the status display displays the remaining time in while it waits until all components are heated up.
- M3076 can be used now in order to configure the minimal and maximal digits which are used for the checks around the emergency stop.
- M3076 S0 P0 can be used in order to disable the emergency stop.
- Adding of the kickstart-functionality for the extruder fan.
- Adding of PDM_FOR_COOLER, which allows to switch the control of the extruder fan from PWM to PDM.
- The homing feedrates in x and y direction have been reduced from 165 to 80.
- In case only the hardware buttons were used for moving of the heating bed up and down, the z-steps could be counted wrongly and also the z-position could become wrong.
- In case the second extruder had not been selected since the last startup of the firmware, setting of the temperatur could miss to calculate all parameters of the PID controller properly.
- An error within the initial setup of the PID controller has been fixed. As a result it might make sense to update user-specific PID parameters.
- During the pausing of the printing, the motor current was reduced only for the first (and not for an eventually present second) extruder.
- The firmware ensures that a clean "start" command is sent to the USB host during its startup. Thus, the host can detect a restart of the firmware properly also when a print is going on at the moment and it can stop the print.
- An internal overflow could cause sporadic, not reproducible errors.
- Improved guarding of ISR(TIMER1_COMPA_vect) against being called multiple times.
- In case the heat bed scan is aborted, the current heat bed matrix is loaded from now on. Previously, always the first heat bed matrix was loaded in this scenario.
- In case the e-axis is moved while the printing is paused, the e-axis does not move anymore during the continue (because the user has to configure the continue position for the e-axis manually in this case).
- In case x/y moves to the pause position reached the minimal/maximal x/y borders, the printing could have re-started at a wrong x/y position after the continue.
- The half-stepping has been removed from the firmware because it is not necessary anymore.
- The case fan is turned off only in case all extruders are turned off.
- Until now, the case fan could be turned off when any extruder was turned off (even in case there were other extruders still on).
- Correction of the temperature table for the sensor type 8.
- Minor clean-ups.
- Special thanks apply to the following users from the forum at rf1000.de, because they have provided outstanding information and support for several changes from this version:
- Nibbels, PeterKA

Hey, da gibt es noch ein krassen Fehler. Extruder Nr. 2 muss immer einen extruder Multiplikator Faktor von +5.3 drauf gerechnet werden.

Das war der Repetierhost+Slic3r+Dual Bug?
RF2000
Firmware Mod 1.45.00.Mod - geht SD wieder 100%?

Bitte 1.42.17 bis 1.42.21 meiden!
SD-Druck mit der Community-FW <= 1.43.99 aktuell meiden.
